Elenga–Hatikamrul–Rangpur, upgraded.

The SASEC Road Connectivity Project-2 upgrades 190.4 km of highway to a divided four-lane route, with slow-moving vehicle traffic lanes on both sides. The program also includes the Hatikamrul interchange and supporting road-sector facilities.
